I have nothing but good things to say about Carlisa. Our search for the perfect home lasted over a year. We lived out of town, and she did FaceTime tours with us. She knew what we liked and what we were looking for. She kept me sane in our search that seemed to be never ending, and talked me down every time I was getting discouraged that we would ever find a house. When "The House" popped up, she went within hours to do a tour, and we were able to come up and look at it and have our offer accepted within 3 days of the house hitting the market. Carlisa helped me purchase my home sight unseen. I was dependent on her judgement. Not only did she find the perfect home for me, but she assisted me through my loan process keeping me informed promptly making it a smooth transaction between the lender and I. Carlisa also connected me to all the required professionals to help inspection pass. I know this couldn’t have happened without her. I’m ever so grateful for her going the extra mile for me from a distance.

Carlisa did an outstanding job representing us during our home search in Bend. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions and patient with us, showing us several places in person and remotely via video tours. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and encouraged us to wait for the right one in this aggressive market. I am so happy we found Carlisa. From the beginning she always made herself available any time of day. Her communication was top notch.
