Carlin is a licensed REALTOR® bringing corporate sales, management and consulting experience to her career in real estate. A graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Carlin holds a bachelor of science in business and sociology. She worked for companies such as Chromalloy and Accenture and helped build companies like Belle before pursuing a lifelong passion of real estate and deciding to make it a career.
Carlin’s family has been in this industry since before she was born, with her father being a luxury custom home builder and commercial general contractor and her mother a licensed real estate agent. Real estate runs in Carlin’s blood. Working with clients to find a new home or sell their properties is an honor that Carlin takes very seriously and she will work hard to get you what you want.
Carlin moved to Ocala when she was just 13 years old and spent her junior high and high school years here before moving on to college. She met her husband Matthew in Atlanta, who happened to be from Ocala too - it really is a small world! After the birth of their first child, they reevaluated their priorities and realized that moving home was exactly where they needed to be - in a great town surrounded by their family and friends
