Carli and her team are THE experts in real estate. From beginning to end we were informed, helped, kept in the loop, checked on and felt taken care of. Carli delivered on what she said she would do and what she expected to happen with the sale of our home. She even helped us find an agent in another state for our move. I highly recommend Carli and her team!

Very knowledgeable, and excellent to work with! Having worked with 2 others in the past not sure I would work with anyone else. Carli helped us get our forever home.

Available͏ & Ready to Help Carli and her partner Brian were available for questions and assistance during the entire process. They helped us manage hurdles that arose, and their experience/knowledge was a huge asset. I would work with them again.

I first worked with Carli in the purchase of a new home. Carli was very helpful in pointing out details in houses that I would have missed, including the surrounding areas. When I finally found the right one, she worked tirelessly to secure money back at closing to fix a few issues found during inspections. When it came time to sell my current home, Carli helped me understand what items I should focus on updating, and how that would secure me additional value. My house was under contract in 4 days!!! I am so thankful to have worked with Carli (and Brian) during this process and I could not recommend them more!!

Our agent was Brian Amlin. Brian is a very unique individual. In 43 yrs of marriage, we have bought an sold many homes, and dealt with many realtors. Brian was no comparison. He went far and beyond in helping us to find that prefect fit. His wit, knowledge and expertise tells us we will never have to look for another agent!

We did not know what to expect buying our first home, but everything went very smooth with Carli and Brian! Thank you so much!

Carli know her market and offers her experience and expertise as a Realtor. She is easy to contact and kept us informed throughout the sales process. You won't find a better Realtor in the North Dayton/Miami County market.

Great customer service. They take the time to know the client and show them the houses that fit their expectations.

She walked us through the prepping process of getting the house on the market. And then handled every step of the selling process. She is truely an advocate for her clients. She takes care of every step!

Carli knew all the right questions to ask! She thought of all of the important things to consider when purchasing a home. Things that you don't think of but would have regretted if you hadn't thought of them. She was patient and understanding with me throughout the entire process. She truly is an expert in her field

This agency is run by an awesome brother and sister pair- Brain and Carli!! They are professional, personable and get it done. You won't go wrong with this team!! Within a couple of weeks they found us the house of our dreams.
