Thankful to have Carli & Brian's help. Our sale was under difficult circumstances and they did everything they could to support us. They even scheduled our closing at our home as my husband couldn't go anywhere.

The BEST part of all this is: "We have a check in our hands!" Brian & Carli did a great job of preparing the marketing materials. Received a greater-than-asking-price offer the first day! However, for us, it contained way too many stipulations. One was it did not include "earnest money." When we asked Carli what she thought of the offered contract, and specifically the absence of earnest money, we were surprised when told that she thought it was a good contract and that only about 25% of her recent deals have included earnest money. We felt that without earnest money, the buyer has no commitment. We rejected the offer. After a few serious and honest words, we felt Carli and Brian overall did a good job!

Carli was recommended by a family friend and she helped me purchase my first home. I was so grateful for her help which was timely and trustworthy. I was frustrated with the housing market this year and Carli did everything she could to help ease the stress and guide me to my new home!
