Brian & Carli were wonderful agents. They kept me up to date on what was happening with the sale of my house. They knew the market in my area, & their experience was very much appreciated. I am very happy that I went with them for the sale of my home.
Thanks to the proper preparation, my house received an offer after the first day of showings!
The Amlin Team were very helpful. They made my selling experience hassle free and less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone I know wanting to sell their house.
The Amlins brought a team to assist with the many aspects of selling our home. They are high touch and provided lots of communication. Our home was under contract within a day of listing.
I have trusted Carli when she first started looking our home and she had a professional experience. I can count on her right away.
Carli, Brian, and the Amlin Advantage team were outstanding from our initial meeting to the closing of our home. They used many tools in their marketing strategy and properly priced our home to maximize buyer interest. Carli provided answers to all of our questions and the Amlin team was always available and very responsive. Carli and Brian were outstanding to work with and their local knowledge was a major factor in selling our home within two days. They also were extremely professional with high level negotiating skills. This was our best realtor experience by far! Thank you Team Amlin Advantage!! Dean & Tan Baldwin
she made selling the house so easy - told everything out front
This is the second home listing I have trusted with Team Amlin. Carli’s knowledge of the market, her professionalism and communication throughout the whole selling process are just a few of the reasons I called when looking to put my home on the market. Carli, along with her team staged my house beautifully and we were under contract within 4 days! Highly recommend Team Amlin!
Selling and buying Real Estate is the largest transaction most people will ever be involved in. Why wouldn't they want to work with agents who are experienced and knowledgeable? Brian and Carli are the most experienced in the area and will help you find the best deal for the money if you are purchasing and get you the best price if you are selling. That is what they did for us. Don't fool around! Work with the best, work with Brian and Carli.
Carli is the BEST. Carli really is the best. Somehow (again!) she seems to know what we are looking for better than we do! She found us our house and then sold ours so fast we closed on both houses the same day. She answered our questions quickly (often before we asked) and guided us expertly through the process.
Working with Carli was great. From our first conversation to closing, she was professional and easy to work with. Her advice, prompt response to questions and experience made the buying process go smoothly. I am very thankful for all her help.
