My deal was through Brian, and he was ready for business the minute I went after my house, which was the day I saw it. He was prepped to show the property right then, and shared his knowledge of the market in town and surrounding towns as he showed me the house. Contract paperwork started moving digitally about an hour after. Communication is never an issue with this agency. If they don't know, they will find out and call you back. Also, they recommend trustworthy, responsive vendors. Just a heads up -- if you *Don't* want a call or text after a certain hour, let them know, because they like to call promptly with any developments. I was very good with any hour, but some might need to not do that.
