My wife discovered a house in Loudon that had everything that we had wanted. We had stopped looking about a year ago because we didn't find what we wanted and didn't feel like building a new home. When we saw this listing, I immediately jumped in the car and did a drive by. I then called Carla and said that I wanted to see the house ASAP. We set a mtg for the next morning when my wife could join us. We liked the house, and made an offer, which was accepted. Carla agreed to handle our side as well as the seller. The entire process went so smooth that it was wonderful. Carla and her husband, Daniel, know so much about this part of Tennessee that we enjoyed hours of great conversation, as well as knowing great service people for inspections, financial help and more.
