I consider myself extraordinarily fortunate to have selected Carla Patterson as my realtor when I sold my condo in Los Angeles this month. Carla truly was extraordinary. She was always helpful, especially when problems arose, and she was a skilled diplomat in solving those problems. She was friendly and a joy to work with, always ready to explain something I didn’t understand, always at hand to nudge me in the right direction when something came up that I sometimes didn’t want to do but would finally realize that it was the best thing for me to do to get the condo sold. She was always willing to work with the condo association to ensure the safety of the other residents or to ameliorate the hassle of staging, repairs or cleaning. The people Carla recommended to do such things as touch-up repairs and painting, staging the apartment and packing it up for the move were the best, excellent choices, professional at their work and reasonable in their pricing. Carla was extremely helpful with the paperwork involved in the sale and to find ways to answer some of the questions for which I didn’t always have ready answers. I heartily recommend Carla to anyone considering a move. I will always be grateful that she was my choice.

We first connected with Carla while looking to downsize from our home to a condo. We postponed our search for a number of months, until we decided it was time to do it. She began a search for us and then listed our home for sale. We then decided to settle out of the SF Valley. Carla was a Capital "P": Persistent, Professional, Prepared, Positive and Polite. She sold our Encino home where we had lived for 43 years, in less than two months during a Pandemic. We could not have had a better person helping us with a very emotional endeavor. We are thrilled with how it all went and her responsiveness to both our and the buyers privacy, yet facilitating communication about a variety of issues, We would highly recommend Carla to anyone interested in buying, renting or selling. I will lead with this: Carla sold my house to a qualified buyer who paid cash, and closed escrow in 4 days. She was appropriately attentive, and sensitive, (I inherited my beloved mother's house). Her knowledge of the market and processes is unsurpassed. This was essential to me, as a first time seller. I had all confidence that her advice was absolutely solid, and it was. Carla made the sale feel easy and safe. She even managed my painters and floor finishers for me, as I do not live in LA. I hold Carla's skills in the highest regard. She helped us prepare the house for sale and then took over when we moved out. She is efficient, kept track of every detail, guided us through the bidding process with grace and speed and accuracy. She priced the house just right and we received three offers for over the asking price. She was always cheerful, energetic and professional.
