We first connected with Carla while looking to downsize from our home to a condo. We postponed our search for a number of months, until we decided it was time to do it. The escrow process was filled with overlapping dates, a lot of communication back and forth between the buyers, the sellers, escrow officers and assistants, loan officers and their assistants.
