I will be brief. If you are looking for the best in the biz...call Carla. I do not have a single negative. Cool person, a true pro. My process was time sensitive and she executed a perfect plan from start to finish.
Carla, was phenomenal while walking me through the process. She was a step ahead of everything the entire way. Very professional and knowledgeable while looking in a variety of locations. Extremely smooth and easy purchase from start to finish.
Carla was awesome throughout the home buying process. We weren't in a rush and therefore saw MANY properties and wrote a handful of competitive but not overzealous offers before finding our home. Carla was always patient and informative and never pressed us to reach on any properties or offers. We would highly recommend using Carla to anyone!
Carla knew my criteria, and with her innate ability to connect with me , she literally guided me to my palace!!! Carla is the consummate professional who goes above and beyond for all her clients . She’s my daughter’s agent as well… many homes she’s sold and found for her growing family !!!
Carla was very patient with us helping us find a very particular property in the mountains. She had walked us through the closing process and made it really effortless and quick.
Have you ever worked with someone where you were constantly worried about whether they were doing enough or if you could completely trust them? We have, and Carla is the antithesis of that! She is proactive and always one step ahead. We were able to relax and let her do her magic as she sold 2 of our properties- both with unique situations. We can't recommend Carla enough!!!
