Carl has a lot of wisdom and experience in all areas of real estate. I felt as though he really looked out for me the entire process, in short I got a great price for my home and Carl dealt with every problem that came up with Grace and confidence. I would highly recommend Carl to anyone who is buying or selling real estate, he's the best.

If you choose another realtor not only are you making the wrong choice but you're just plain crazy:) Carl has been our agent for our past two home purchases and sales and was our agent for our land purchase which we are now in the process of building. The thing I liked most about Carl was that he would always make time for you to see a home and respond to calls and texts very quickly, unlike other agents I've dealt with in the past where you leave a message and then don't hear back for 6 hours or until the next day. You also never feel rushed to make a decision. He also is very nice to boot:)

Carl Whitt was very personable, running errands, repairing broken steps, sitting with my painter when l could not. In general he was great!!

Carl was a calm, positive, and professional agent during the tight timeline sale of my home and immediate purchase of a new home. He even took my dogs for a car ride while another agent showed my house so I wouldn't have to miss work during that part of the process. That was above and beyond my expectations.

Carl helped myself (a single mother) and my girls get into an almost impossible loan/contract successfully. He referred us to a finance company the night we viewed a house, they stayed in their office (Sarah Katzmark with Union Home Mortgage) until 9pm getting us preapproved. We got into a bidding war with others and finally were able to sign contract and move on. He was very flexible with timing and he always offered to travel to me to have papers signed, etc... I've purchased a house before and refinanced several times, but I cam say that Carl and his resources made the painful process of purchasing a home, painless. Thanks a million to Carl! 5 stars plus!
