It’s a great opportunity to express my gratitude to my real estate agent Carl Red. He is incredibly communicative, very professional, patient, kind and really understandable. He educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. His advice in understanding the mortgage process was particularly helpful. Carl is an agent who has the ability to simplify and clarify procedures making the journey less intimidating. Three years ago, my wife and I were planning to buy a house. Luckily someone recommended Carl to us, he assisted us buy our first home without any difficulties. As a bonus, he gave us a great plan and explained to us how to buy a second home. We simply followed the plan and have now purchased our second home. We are grateful to Carl, he is a blessing.

Working with Carl was a great experience for us… He listened to what we wanted to do. It was scary at first because we were selling and buying at the same time so we didn’t want to sell and not have a place to call home. So we worked together and our broker & his team too(Craig Kam) to make the process very smooth. Overall I personally will encourage you to get Carl as your agent if you are someone who knows what you want and need an agent who cares about his clients stability. As for Patience lol he is patient because I know I wasn’t an easy customer.
