Carl helped the reviewer sell this property

Carl was thorough and thoughtful throughout our time together.

One issue centered on the covid pandemic--which meant the sale took longer than we expected and longer than he expected. But I cannot consider this an issue --Carl is lively, with deep knowledge of the realty business--and he made me laugh. Humor is so important! Thanks Carl!!!
