I have had the opportunity to work with Carl Ciardelli on three real estate transactions and he made each transaction a smooth and pleasant experience. He knew exactly what to do throughout the the entire process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. Carl was patient with my asks and extremely helpful and responsive. He remained confident when I encountered challenges and always kept me on target. I could not have been happier working with him! One issue centered on the covid pandemic--which meant the sale took longer than we expected and longer than he expected. But I cannot consider this an issue --Carl is lively, with deep knowledge of the realty business--and he made me laugh. Humor is so important! Thanks Carl!!!

Carl was wonderful to work with! He was always very prompt in communicating with us and was very patient. We looked at a number of houses and submitted multiple offers before getting "the one." We even had to walk away from a contract due to issues with the inspection and he was very knowledgeable and supportive through that process. He provided great insights based on his experience and was never pushy or made us feel that we were taking too much time, etc. Once in contract, Carl continually checked in and helped ensure the process was moving along as it should. Overall, Carl was very professional, knowledgeable, and fun as well and I highly recommend him without hesitation!
