Carissa is Amazing. I came down with the plan to find my own home because I work in the industry i the north. Well after meeting Carissa I did a complete turnaround. She knew the local market & all the builders. She was our boots on the ground when we couldn’t be here for the process. She’s smart savvy & knowledgeable without being pushy!
