Being that we were 900 miles away, and had limited availability to keep coming down to look for houses, Carissa was my eyes! She went to multiple houses for me, facetimed me while she was there and took so many video tours. We ended up purchasing a home, sight unseen, and it was absolutely everything I expected due to her thoroughness and attention to detail in the videos/ explanations. She made the buying process from afar so easy and painless. She was always there to answer any questions I had. We had some snags post settlement (NOT due to her AT ALL) and she was in constant communication with me, keeping me updated on the status. Carissa went above and beyond to help our family find our forever home and area to live. She took her time to speak with us about our concerns and interests with moving to LWR. She is genuine, honest and made us feel comfortable throughout the building process by sending us photos and videos every week of our house being built (since we were still living out of state).
