This is the second real estate transaction that Carissa has handled for me. Thank goodness she was there. I have purchased and sold many homes over the years and she easily has surpassed my high expectations. She handled every detail and kept me abreast of any new developments and had answers or found them any time I needed them. Her knowledge of the area was unsurpassed having been a long time local. Her greatest asset is her friendly personality and without being lofty. I really wished she could have been in my new city to handle the purchase of my new home also. Just a side note my listing took longer to close but that is because I chose to accept an offer that desired a closing 3 months out.
