Had a really great experience working with Carissa! Selling my Mom's house due to her failing health. It was a bit emotional to empty the house and all that entails, then to have to show it, etc. Decided to hire Carissa at the recommendation of one of Moms neighbors. She took care of everything. I MEAN EVERYTHING. She even mowed the small lawn so I didn't have to go back to the house. She met repair folks in my place, walked us through anything that might come up on inspection and made suggestions. She even made sure the garbage was at the curb on garbage day! Really amazing.
