After the death of my father & my mom’s progressing dementia my sisters & I had a BIG job to clean out the house, get it staged & listed to sell. Carissa was so helpful in all aspects & had many resources/connections along the way (hauling & removal expert, plumber, stager, etc). She handled the plumber & stager appointments & checked the house weekly. She even took out the garbage when needed. I highly recommend Carissa for your real estate needs.

While dealing with the death of my mother and all the hassles COVID-19 adds to society, Carissa made selling this property one of the easiest things on my list. I've bought and sold other properties and worked with other realtors, and I can confidently say Carissa went over and above the call of duty. Her analysis of comps and ability to see the value in my mother's property allowed us to go onto the market targeting a fair and aggressive price. She brought in her own people to do property maintenance, fix small issues and really make the property shine. Her marketing allowed the true value of the property to be seen and let us find the right buyer. During the sale she brought in her own team of contractors to counter the high bids of the buyers, saving me thousands. Had a really great experience working with Carissa! Selling my Mom's house due to her failing health. It was a bit emotional to empty the house and all that entails, then to have to show it, etc. Decided to hire Carissa at the recommendation of one of Moms neighbors. She took care of everything. I MEAN EVERYTHING. She even mowed the small lawn so I didn't have to go back to the house. She met repair folks in my place, walked us through anything that might come up on inspection and made suggestions. She even made sure the garbage was at the curb on garbage day! Really amazing. She will go to bat 100% and earns every penny of her commission. I will recommend her again and will hire her for our future real estate transactions. PS - This was all during the onset of the Covid pandemic and she didn't let it slow her or the sale down one bit.

We can't say enough good things about Carissa, who handled the estate sale of our brother's home in Parkway Village in Bellingham. She is professional, detailed, prepared, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We had total confidence that she was keeping us completely informed of progress and preemptively remind us of appointments or tasks that we would need to attend to. We were impressed that she would provide us with good information to make decisions and was fair and tactful when we asked her for professional advice. She clearly knows a lot about staging each home for the particular situation and went out of her way to insure that the house was in the best possible shape for showing. And all of this was during the unknown effects of the first few weeks of the 2020 pandemic. We are grateful.

Carissa was genuinely personable and highly competent with complete focus on detail.
