We were in a pretty hopeless situation with selling a house. There were confusing documents, transferring of deeds, court involvement... you name it, we had it! Carina came in and made the process so much easier for us, despite being in the middle of a pandemic! Carina was super helpful in helping me to find a condo. Super supportive in everything I needed to acquire a condo for rental. It was obvious that the condos I was initially interested in were not a good fit and she found several others in different areas for me to consider that we’re potentially good guys given my goals, including one that I ultimately purchased. She shared valuable resources for me to use including introducing me to contractors and templates for a lease agreement. Super helpful ... and thoughtful. Would highly recommend her to anyone else.
