She took us to every house we asked to see and gave honest opinions on each. When we walked in our home, I knew it was it for us. Caren negotiated with the sellers and after a final price was set she told us to really think about it. We continued to look at houses and she never mentioned the home she knew I wanted. After realizing we already found our home she suggested one final counter offer and they finally accepted! She was honest and always left the next step up to us. My son was with us through this whole process and would never consider anyone else when he sells his house and buys another for his growing family.
