Before finding my perfect home, Caprice really broke down what I was looking for, and further gave me additional information and locations to consider, which was very helpful as a buyer not familiar with the area. Even though I was originally looking for a fixer-upper, she found a home that aligned perfectly with my financial objectives, and with little construction/renovation needed. After finding “the one,” throughout the month-long process, she helped smooth out countless speedbumps/errors that I could not take care of myself, as I was extremely busy with work at the time. She made it seem as though I was her only customer with all the time in the world, even though I knew how busy she was helping other clients! Caprice is an extraordinarily attentive and dedicated agent. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and different neighborhoods, and is intuitive and exceptionally observant. I was moving to Reno from out of the area, and even though I had a pretty good idea what neighborhood I was most interested in, she insisted on my seeing a few other areas just to make sure I was clear on what I wanted. By paying attention to how I reacted to each place we saw, she developed a very clear picture (clearer than I did!) of what was going to work best for me, and ended up finding the perfect house for me that wasn't even on the market yet. And then her patience and negotiation skills came into play when things started moving too fast for the sellers and they started getting cold feet. She did an incredible job navigating a volatile emotional process and ensuring everyone came away from the deal feeling good about it. Caprice is an energetic and knowledgeable agent. I always ask a lot of questions, and Caprice was eager and willing to answer them all. Her ego never got in the way if she didn't know an exact answer to one of my questions, and she would quickly go find the answer and get back to me asap! This is so important when you are going through these major transactions and changes in your life! Agents shouldn't become annoyed with your never ending inquiries and questions during the process, and Caprice always handled every one with a great attitude.
