The sale of my house went very fast and without any issues. I had 5 offers within the first couple of days and didn't have to negotiate anything with the offeror we had chosen. Her knowledge of the other realtors and the types of loans helped so much in choosing which offer to go with. She chooses the most professional photographer, the pictures of my house were phenomenal.
