Candice was amazing from start to finish! I was referred to her by a realtor in the family from another city, so at first I was a little skeptical, but once I met with Candice I knew how serious she was with her work. Over the course of 5 weeks or so, we must have seen close to 30 or more homes. After the first few showings, Candice caught on to what I was really after in a home and what items were "negotiable" to have. It got to the point where, on a few occasions, we walked into houses and her and I both looked at each other and said something like "Yeah, this isn't the one." She was extremely patient and dedicated through the whole ordeal. With 30 or so homes seen, and a handful of offers that didn't pan out, I could tell that she was just as frustrated as I had been, but she didn't let me lose hope on it. She kept at it and now I have a great first home! Will definitely refer her to anyone in GR! Thanks again, Candice!
