Candice is an amazing realtor. She was always timely and helped in areas that were not related to the real estate deal. For example she has given my name as a contractor to other clients of hers. When I need some help with a very tough job I had she sent her husband to help me. She goes the extra mile to make one happy.

Candice was amazing from start to finish! I was referred to her by a realtor in the family from another city, so at first I was a little skeptical, but once I met with Candice I knew how serious she was with her work. Over the course of 5 weeks or so, we must have seen close to 30 or more homes. After the first few showings, Candice caught on to what I was really after in a home and what items were "negotiable" to have. It got to the point where, on a few occasions, we walked into houses and her and I both looked at each other and said something like "Yeah, this isn't the one." She was extremely patient and dedicated through the whole ordeal. Candice went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. She had great advice for staging the home for photos. She was an excellent negotiator, and had great contacts for home improvements.
