She worked diligently from start to finish to stay on top of everything we could for this buy. I was always impressed with her knowledge and willingness to find answers when there were none. I ended up closing on this house amazingly and she turned a ridiculously hard process into a good experience. I can not say enough about Candice without making her sound too good to be true. Honestly, she is that good!!! We recently bought our 3rd and forever home. It was an absolute nightmare process where we were dealing with a foreclosure that was flipped by a shady investment company. Candice dealt with all the mess professionally, and gave 110% all the time. She also fought very hard to protect and provide the best situation for us. If it weren't for her, we never would have gotten this dream home in the first place and I honestly believe that had she not been so through throughout the escrow process, we would have either been forced to walk away in the middle of the purchase or have ended up with a LOT more issues on our hands at the end of it all. If I had to pick, the 2 most impressive parts were: 1. She always put our best interests first. She was never once in this for the paycheck. She actually truly enjoys this and only wanted what was best for us. 2. I actually found her to be more knowledgeable about real estate laws and regulations that other realtors I have dealt with. She is constantly double checking all forms against the most current rules/regulations/laws and if she was ever unsure she had no problem researching and making the necessary calls to make sure we were protected the entire time. My only regret in this whole process is that I didn't use Candice to sell my last home as we bought this one.
