Candice Newman came by way of a friend to provide the help with negotiating 2 investment residential property purchases recently. I normally don't provide reviews for much of anything but feel this was necessary. Candice was immediately attentive on our first meeting with setting up the appointment to see the 1st home. She listened to what we were looking for and took the time to take initiative the whole way through the process. Candice would communicate via phone calls or texts continuously to keep us informed and although nothing is streamlined especially in the real estate world Candice seemed to make it that way. We were very impressed with the knowledge of the market, values, and interaction with the sellers agents on both properties that Candice brought to the table. We were so satisfied with the 1st property purchase there was no one we would have considered to help with the 2nd property purchase but non other than Candice Newman. There were many conditions we dealt with on the 2nd property but one imp articular rainy day Candice with her husband took it upon themselves to get on top of the roof and place a plastic tarp on the area of the roof where there was a discovery of a leak resulted from the home inspection. Candice understood how uneasy it was for us knowing the wet weather would have made things a bit wet from the leak but without asking us secured the area and all was well. What realtor would go to that length and time to ensure their clients can rest easy? I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I were to have worked with Candice on helping us find our very first home. From the very beginning she was on top of EVERYTHING! She has a very good eye and pays close attention to detail. She has my full trust on taste and knew exactly the things we were looking for in a property. On top of everything else, Candice guided us throughout the entire process with a smile. Besides her strong knowledge and professionalism, she brought personality and humor into it all. She always had our backs and best interest. Even when things were stressful, she would always make us feel better and at ease.
