Candice worked hard for over a year to sell my parents home after they moved back to New York. The market in Florida presented some hurdles when we went to sale. Candice was able to leap those hurdles, showing the home regularly to a host of different buyers, eventually finding the right one. She was easily able to close the distance between her and my parents by keeping them updated weekly and using email for any contract signing. The sale was completed this way as well. There was no need for them to have to travel as it could be difficult with their age. I can not thank Candice enough for her work!
