Candace negotiated great repairs and pricing during a short closing period. Candace responded quickly to all of our questions with haste and was relatable while professional when showing houses. I could not recommend any other realtor before recommending Candace!

Candace was a great realtor! Very helpful and with her background she really knew her stuff! She had great knowledge of the cost if certain things needed to be replaced and other stuff as such!

Candace was very helpful as a realtor. She is timely in responses as well as very helpful in filling our requests for the houses. She has a flexible scheduled for viewings, and I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Candace Timmermeier. She was a great agent to work with. Nice to have one on my side. She knows the area and really has a great eye for details. Very impressive knowing what to look for and general knowledge of home construction. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Recommended her to my sister and she is working with Candace now.

Candace is very knowledgeable about the homes in all surrounding areas. She will get you the house you want! We were able to close at the price we wanted within a month. Very friendly!

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Candace. As a first time home buyer she was there to answer any and all questions at anytime. She explained everything step by step for what we should expect throughout the whole process. She didn't just show us any houses she took the time to listen to what we wanted and found us the perfect one! If we ever decide to move I know who to call, she made our first home buying experience so easy I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

We moved from out of state and looked at quite a few houses before finally finding one we liked. Candace was very patient and accommodating. She was there at closing and stayed positive while we searched for funding.

We found Candace because she showed us a house that we were interested in purchasing to tear down so that we could build a home on that lot. We did not purchase that house, but Candace was very proactive in her follow-up.

She sent us pictures and ideas for months after this first meeting with no certainty that we would purchase through her actions. Because of her continued follow-up, we found the perfect lot in a perfect location.

I would highly recommend Candace in the purchase of a home or lot.
