Candace was great with timeliness of responses and her assistance was always helpful. Her Negotiation knowledge and market and comp knowledge helped with decisions made

Candace is a fantastic real estate agent! She has years of experience and she’s incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling a home.

Candace was down right amazing! She was an absolute blessing for our entire process, her responsiveness was top tier, she kept us informed, reassured, and very excited for our first home! She could answer any question imaginable and if she didn’t know she would find out right away! We had a long home buying journey, and she stuck it out with us through the entire time! Counts ask for a better realtor for our process, if/when we need a realtor again we will definitely be going back!

Candace did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home! She worked hard to find something quick that checked all of our boxes, and was in our price range. She listened to our needs, guided us through the entire process, helped with everything, and was always there for us. From start to finish it was 6 weeks total from the time we decided to move, till we closed on our new house. She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows everything and everyone! I would recommend her to everyone!!

Candace was extraordinary and went well above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. It was amazing how accommodating she was and never hesitated to act on our requests. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs as she was simply a cut above everyone else we’ve found. Thanks, Candace!

Candace is the best real-estate agent I have ever worked with. Her response time with any question I had was immediate. She is always knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale. I will definitely use her as my agent again.
