It was such a pleasant and rewarding experience working with Cammy. We began the search for a condo in Ft Lauderdale, not knowing what to expect, other than we knew we wanted a week-end getaway property in our price range. We also knew the location and the quality we were looking for. After our initial meeting and viewing, Cammy, with laser knowledge of the real estate market, honed in immediately on what we were looking for. She did extensive research on condos that would jibe with our needs. Weekly she would arrange viewing appointments that accommodated our schedules. After looking at many units we were beginning to think we were on a “mission impossible!” But not Cammy! She was always positive and relentless in our search. Her confidence, caring and enthusiasm kept us motivated. And we ALWAYS felt she had our best interests at heart. One condo unit that we really loved, she tipped us off that a tall condo building was proposed by the city, that would block our view of the river. Many realtors would have conveniently ignored this information. Ultimately Cammy found us the perfect condo, and in the perfect location. Actually she had mentioned this condo building during our initial meeting, after meeting us. But we thought it might stretch us a bit too much financially. But Cammy got us a good deal that made the purchase very workable. All in all we can’t say enough good things about Cammy: highly knowledgeable and professional; warm and personable; patient; organized and “smart as a whip!” She will always be our realtor of choice!
