I am going to preface by writing that I have not personally met Cammy. I came to know her through her property management company whereby they handled the management of my condo. I decided to sell my property through her when the time came. I live in Canada and of course everything had to be done remotely. She guided me through the entire process and navigate the challenges of being a foreigner. I cannot say enough good things about Cammy. Prior to the property going on market it was rented and showed it's age. Cammy had connections in the renovation industry and leveraged that to update the condo. Of course the HOA had guidelines and policies for who can enter the premises to do the updates. Cammy was very familiar with all these regulations and ensured that every one involved was triaged and approved to work in the building. Cammy worked tirelessly to ensure the work in the condo was completed in a timely manner. She had excellent communication throughout the process. Her dedication, commitment, and support goes well above and beyond my highest expectations. While Cammy was exceptional in her services, one additional thing that I admired and respected is her values. She is honest and a person of great integrity. She was upfront in all her negotiations. There were other condos for sale in the building; but I personally believe that the buyers appreciated her sincerity and genuine character that made them comfortable to deal with her. She is a 7* person and realtor!

Communication is key no issues with getting in touch and having any concerns resolved immediately. Cammy’s professional experience was above and beyond any expectations imaginable, at all hours she made herself available and resolved unexpected huge problems!
