Camille is a seasoned professional. It takes years to put a real estate team together. Real estate is not one person, but a multifaceted team that has to coordinate together each step of the way. The heavy lifter is, of course, the realtor. As the skipper, Camille had to find serious buyers, and juggle the offers to ensure they weren't just time-wasters. In our case, Camille suggested we dismiss the offer that wanted a termite inspection in a rebar reinforced concrete building. That buyer's agent quite possibly lost her client a great condo by a rookie mistake. Their realtor was quite possibly new or doing real estate on the side; and/or a friend of the family. Every transaction is different, and mine was no exception. I had to have two escrows close at the same time and her escrow folks were spot on. I had to be in and out of town, but her team was very flexible when it came to scheduling time for me to sign the closing papers. I was truly impressed with the ease, speed, and professionalism of the "Team Camille". Our condo was an as-is and needed long overdue upgrading. Working together with her stager, they took existing good components of the condo and added items that the stager brought. The key feature of the condo was the view, which they embraced with wide open curtains. It showed beautifully. It not only aged me with the hassle of the sales process, but more than likely I left thousands of dollars on the table.
