Camille showed me a variety of houses and condos before I settled on the condo I purchased. She knew the market and knew what I wanted, so the properties she showed me were all relevant to my interests. Camille was very thorough when we looked at the condo, checking things I wouldn't have thought to check. She was extremely helpful during the negotiation as well, ensuring that contingencies included all the appropriate inspections; in the past, realtors have only recommended one general inspection to me. I was living remotely during this time, and Camille was present for every inspection. She read every word of the contract and suggested small changes that benefitted me. The selling realtor was less detailed, and Camille ended up taking care of things he should have handled, e.g. release of contingencies, pursuing the answers to questions he couldn't answer. Throughout the entire process, Camille was always very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. If I planned another real estate transaction in the area, I would use Camille again without a second of hesitation. I highly recommend her.
