I considered selling my home on my own. I am glad I didn't. My home was only on the market a week and half before our first offer. It wasn't a mega mansion but a decent home in south dekalb county. I was a little concerned with the listing price she presented. I was thinking it was a stretch. But I followed her advice and almost 30 days from the day the house went on the market; We Closed.
