Camille helped us navigate a tricky real estate transaction involving property sold by estate trustees. Camille provided accurate market values for the property that enabled us to purchase for a much lower price than the estate was originally asking. She was able to tactfully communicate with the trustees and describe why the property was not worth as much as they thought. I highly recommend Camille, she has unique skills that she will put to work on your behalf.
