Working with Cam was a joy from the get go. He has a very warm and compassionate energy that really helped with what can be a draining and frustrating process. Cam would show up with a big smile every time we met up for a viewing. He cares to create personal connections with his clients in order to understand what their needs and wants are. He is very diligent and will get whatever needs to be done in an expedient manner and is highly responsive when reached out to. He makes sure he is up to date on the housing market and keeps an eye on how much the nearby properties have been sold for. With this research and knowledge he had sound suggestions for how we should go about offers. In all, Cam is a jolly and positive individual that takes care of his clients as if he were a good friend yet upholds his professionalism. We are so happy to have worked with Cam throughout this process!

Cam was great in every way. Excellent listener, hard worker, very communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, honest, and outgoing. The list goes on, I really have nothing negative to say about the guy, really just a solid human being all around. We saw 16 or so houses with Cam over the course of 3 months and he was always early, always on top of it, always has answers, and when he doesnt have them, he gets them quickly. The dude is hungry and goes the extra mile. I have no doubt that he will have a long and prosperous career in real estate. 10/10 would recommend, and absolutely will work with him again if I can in the future.
