First time meeting: As soon as my fiance and I stepped foot in Callie's office for our first initial meeting, we knew we were going to find our first home with her. Callie's attitude and knowledge about her profession was one of a kind and she was so passionate about each detail. She ensured that she got all of the details my fiance and I wanted in a home and she made sure that we got what we needed and wanted. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and didn't know what to expect. After the first meeting, Callie wiped all of those worries away and guided us through each and every step! Looking at homes: Callie made sure to be thorough with each detail of every home we looked at. She made sure to point out pros and cons and was very level headed when doing so. Never once did we ever feel rushed to find a home. She made sure to take her time with us and go over every detail. Anything we needed help with, she knew the answer. Communication: Callie's communication was nothing less than amazing. She kept high communication through every little detail and let us know anything that was going on with the home as soon as she found out. She was honest, trustworthy and helped lead us in every right path. Closing: Getting to closing was tricky, but not for Callie. She made sure each detail of everything you could think of was finalized for us to ensure that we were comfortable and felt secure in our home. She made sure each thing we needed done for the home was done and then some. All in all, Callie's expertise, dedication and passion about selling homes is not shy of itself. Callie IS the best realtor in the Sauk Valley area and you can truly tell how much she cares not only about putting you in the best home for you but how much she cares for you in general!
