If you’re looking for someone to go above and beyond on every detail then she’s your gal! While in escrow for our new home she came up with a plan for work that should be done at our existing home so it would fly off the market. She helped us spend $15,000 so we could make an additional $40,000 over what she would have recommended us listing our home for without the work. The whole idea was to make it appealing to as many buyers as possible! And that she did! We updated countertops and backsplash in the kitchen and the master bath. We also did a new sink in the kitchen, new carpet throughout and new flooring in master! She also had her gardener take over so the yard looked exactly how she wanted it too for listing. We listed the day after Christmas with more showings I could have thought possible for a holiday week. We were in escrow in 4 days and even had a backup offer over asking! This women is awesome so I hope if your planning on buying or selling you give her a shot!

I have never been more at ease of mind than i was with Calee for some reason i knew it would all work out... that was an under statement, before we could even think of what was needed next she already had it going!!
