Excellent communicator with a down to earth personality.

We moved from out of state and Caitlyn was very accommodating with her schedule and made sure that we saw every house that we wanted to see while we were in town. It took us a while to finally find our house, but throughout the process Caitlyn checked in and was very supportive. Dealing with all the logistics of moving from out of state and closing on a house can be difficult, but we knew if we needed anything Caitlyn would answer our calls and find whatever way she could to help. We are straight speaking people and we appreciated that Caitlyn matched our style and we could be ourselves.
