We cannot say enough good about Caitlyn! She helped us buy our part-time for now, future full-time home, and at a distance to our current home. We were open to various geographic areas, but had some other specific considerations. She listened and remembered all of it over the course of several months, even little side jokes, and was interactive and engaging with our teenage daughter. She was always responsive, drove everywhere we asked, took great videos of homes when we could not be there ourselves, and helped connect us with professionals who could answer specific property questions. She provided insights on space, design, features, etc, helped us weigh options and considerations, and worked tirelessly on our behalf through negotiation and closing. We moved from out of state and Caitlyn was very accommodating with her schedule and made sure that we saw every house that we wanted to see while we were in town. It took us a while to finally find our house, but throughout the process Caitlyn checked in and was very supportive. Dealing with all the logistics of moving from out of state and closing on a house can be difficult, but we knew if we needed anything Caitlyn would answer our calls and find whatever way she could to help. We are straight speaking people and we appreciated that Caitlyn matched our style and we could be ourselves.
