After all the struggles we had out of lenders telling us, we could not get approved for a loan. We finally found a lender, Jennifer Pickel, got us approved for a loan. After looking at a couple different houses, Caitlyn was able to find my husband and I the perfect house to grow our family in. Caitlyn is by far the best realtor you will find.

My wife and I are both first time homebuyers, and we started the process off a little bumpy, but after Caitlyn Hill reached out to my wife on a Facebook post, the process got a lot easier. What took others months to do, Caitlyn did is a few days, she had homes for us to look at and advised us on what we should to be looking for and helped us find a home that would fit our family and our needs, and she did just that, now we own a home, and are ready to continue our family, and knowing that we found the right person for the job, was one of the biggest reliefs I could have asked for.
I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin to find land for our land-home package in Rogersville with Clayton Homes, and I can honestly say she made a challenging process much more manageable. The closing process took almost six months, mostly due to delays from the lending company we had chosen, but Caitlin was consistently on top of everything.
