Caitlin handled both our new home purchase and the sale of our existing home. The purchase went very smooth and we were very impressed with how she made sure the selling agent was not missing any of the requests we made. As far as our own sale went, we had multiple offers within just days of going on the market. Any of the 4 would have been great deals, but we feel she steered us in the best direction in the end. We will certainly recommend her to any family or friends. She definitely rocked both our deals!

Caitlin Silver is a Godsend!!! Completely!!! She was there at EVERY turn helping us with the sale of our house. We were totally without knowledge about how to go about this. Caitlin patiently guided us through any and all difficulties, confusions, and problems along the way. She also worked hand in hand with the agent and finance agent for the condo we were purchasing. She was VERY helpful on that end, too. She is smart, always cheerful, friendly, and completely knowledgable about transactions...and totally professional. It was a pleasure to work with Caitlin Silver on our home purchase earlier this year. We had a fairly narrow set of requirements for the house we needed. She showed us several houses, but we ultimately ended up purchasing the first one she brought to us. She didn't try to "sell" us a house and seemed more focused on helping us root out potential gotchas that could be a problem later. A house is a big purchase and she clearly is focused on making sure we'd be happy with the purchase long-term. That said, when we decided to move forward, she moved quickly and made it happen without delay. She recommended a mortgage broker who she had worked with the past and knew could make tight deadlines. Missing a financing deadline on this house was not an option, and the financing came through with room to spare. She was very responsive, always available to discuss aspects of the process as it unfolded. Even well after the close of the house. she has been available to provide guidance from her experience on homeowner questions not related to the purchase itself. As she has experience in construction, that has been a big help. On top of all that, she's just an all around delightful person to work with. We'll definitely be engaging her services for any future purchases or sales in this area.

The most important thing to say about Caitlin as my real estate is that she is an outstanding communicator! Yes, she has excellent experience, a good approach to property sales, knowledge of the market, pricing, is well informed on real estate regulations in California and LA county, and has a great personality that is an asset in dealing with a wide variety of people in a professional manner... But above all it is her responsiveness and ability to explain a situation clearly and concisely that separates her from so many other business people I have dealt with over the years.. thank you Caitlin!
