The purchase went very smooth and we were very impressed with how she made sure the selling agent was not missing any of the requests we made. As far as our own sale went, we had multiple offers within just days of going on the market. Any of the 4 would have been great deals, but we feel she steered us in the best direction in the end. Even well after the close of the house. she has been available to provide guidance from her experience on homeowner questions not related to the purchase itself. As she has experience in construction, that has been a big help. On top of all that, she's just an all around delightful person to work with. We'll definitely be engaging her services for any future purchases or sales in this area.
