This is the third property Cady has sold for me in the past 12 months. All properties were not on the market for more than a week as she seems to be an expert in marketing them and stirring up interest. Cady had people physically lining up to see the house and was able to get over 10 offers on all properties. With my most recent property, we listed the property during the week of Christmas - which is historically known to be one of the worst weeks to list a property. However, Cady negotiated like a bulldog and was able to drive the sale price up over $125,000 more than the asking price. She took the time to produce a spreadsheet to review all offers with me and was able to provide feedback on each offer's pros and cons with reference to price, financing, inspections, lenders, etc. I feel very confident using Cady on all my future projects.
