Just hard to say in words how the past years I have dealing with you has you have a great friend and agent I never had a concern that you were always looking out for me to get the best deals If I ever need you I know that you are always there for me and my interest Thanks David

Butch Metcalf was with me every step of the way during my building process. It was nearly a two year process for my new construction home and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

I can’t speak highly enough of Butch Metcalf, my real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and work ethic are all I could ask for from an agent. His due diligence in finding a buyer and selling my Condominium is very much appreciated. Butch knows more about the PCB real estate market than any other agent I've worked with in the past. I have the utmost respect for him as a real estate professional and value his opinion regarding the fluctuating real estate market in the panhandle. When it comes to listing, buying or selling real estate in Panama City Beach, Florida, I always recommend Butch Metcalf of CitiStar Realty.

It was a pleasure working with Butch to sell my condo! His marketing techniques are above and beyond what I was expecting. He followed up with me on every showing with feedback and also gave me a rundown on market conditions regularly. I highly recommend Butch for any real estate transaction.
