Bunni has a great deal of knowledge of all the in's and out's of the real-estate business, and it showed during the process of selling my home. I'm a 91 year old widower who lived in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in a Senior Living Community in northern Clearwater for over 21 years. As my house was in a Senior Living Community, there were many extra issues with selling the house such as dealing with the HOA board, passing HOA inspections and buyer inspections, finding contractors to fix minor issues that failed inspection inside and outside the house and getting my house professionally cleaned up inside and out for making my house the best that it could be for selling and getting top dollar. I was given a detailed list of milestones that the selling process of the house would need to go through with exact dates of when the Title Company would need to have their work done, Escrow would need to be put into an account, HOA Review Board would approve the new buyers, etc. From my standpoint, I just had to sit back and wait for the closing on the house which did happen on the day that was listed on the milestones list (no delays in closing) and do nothing else. It was the easiest process that I've ever been through, and I credit Bunni and her team for ALL of their hard work and dedication. It all paid off as Bunni and her team were able to get me top dollar for my house. I am very pleased with Bunni, her team and the overall experience with working with them! But that's what Bunni Longwell did for us. And to make things even more spectacular, she said she would sell the home over a specific weekend and, in fact, she did. So, why did I give Bunni 5 stars.
