On our journey to buy a house my husband called several agents who had full mail boxes unable to leave message, never responded, or responded two weeks later. Bunni made appointments and is very knowledgeable and informative. She came with a binder with a list of papers with all the info on houses she was going to show us and had a pen and paper to keep notes on each house. It was very organized and thoughtful. Meeting her was like being with an old friend, she was patient as we saw almost 50 homes and has a terrific team that could arrange for inspections quickly and had great communication with other realtors listings and made everything run smoothly. Bunni really took the stress out of everything she catered to us and we appreciated ever thing she did. She went above and beyond I don't know when she got any sleep. Bunni Longwell was absolutely wonderful. We bought our first house in August 2023. Bunni was referred to us by close friends who had previously helped them buy their house. She did not disappoint. We barely had to lift a finger to get everything sorted for closing. She supported every inspection, lender stipulation, pushing through necessities with the seller and their agent. We could not have asked for or hoped for a better experience.
