I was so lucky to find Bud when I was buying my first home. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly responsive. I’ll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing but he was so helpful and made the process fun! A few years later my fiancé was ready to put his house on the market so I recommended Bud. He met with us at home, which was so convenient. Within 2 days the house was under contract for asking price. It was painless! He’s an absolutely great guy to work with.
