Bryan has been with us every step of the way through purchasing our first home (a REO fixer upper in a transitional neighborhood) , selling our first home (in a WEEKEND), and purchasing our second home (a remodel in an amazing neighborhood in downtown Raleigh). He's the kind of guy who not only finds the perfect home for you, but he also goes to bat for his clients, is professional and respectful, and remembers details about your life like your birthday and how much you like microbrews or local bakeries. He takes pride in his job, is knowledgeable about the area, and always goes the step above to ensure that we are sastisfied, without us even asking. We will never go with another realtor. In fact, we saw a home we liked and the person selling told us she was a realtor herself and therefore wasn't offering commission to buyer's agents so we immediately marked that home off the list. We didn't care about the house. Our personal relationship with Bryan is more important than that. If you're looking for a genuine and honest guy who wants what's best for you then he's your guy.
